　明治記念館（東京都港区）では、これからご結婚式をご検討のおふたりに向けたブライダルフェアを開催しております。本フェアでは、週末や祝日を中心に婚礼料理の試食をご用意しており、伝統の味わいを実際にご体験いただきながら、大切なゲストへのおもてなしを具体的にイメージしていただけます。

　現在、無料試食会では、利尻昆布と枕崎産節を使用した一番出汁に柚子の香りを添えた「ホタテのつみれと若草とうふのお椀物」や、黒毛和牛を低温でじっくり仕上げた「和牛の朴葉焼き」など、和の逸品をご用意しております。

　さらに、50年以上受け継がれるレシピで2日間かけて仕上げた「お祝いの金箔舞う特製コンソメスープ」や、備長炭で香ばしく焼き上げた「国産牛サーロインの備長炭焼き」など、洋の婚礼料理もご堪能いただけます。
　食後にはデザートとして、ダークチョコレートのタルト モンブラン仕立てやフランボワーズムースの球体仕立てといった逸品もお楽しみいただけます。ぜひ試食会でこれらの料理を実際にお召し上がりください。(※試食の内容は、都合により予告なく変更させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。)

　ブライダルフェアでは試食のほか、披露宴当日の情景が浮かび上がるモデルルームなどをご見学いただけます。

　明治記念館本館は、明治14（1881）年に「⾚坂仮皇居の御会食所」として、現在の迎賓館のある場所に竣工されました。明治21（1888）年には『大日本帝国憲法』草案審議の御前会議の場となり、明治天皇は欠かすことなくお出ましになられました。そのような由緒から、明治記念館本館は「憲法記念館」とも呼ばれています。
　 現在の地に移築以降、憲法発布30周年記念式典や教育勅語渙発50周年記念式典、日本赤十字社や愛国婦人会の総会、済生会の記念行事など、国家的・社会的に重要な行事の場として活用されました。
　昭和22（1947）年に『明治記念館』の名称で総合結婚式場として開館式が挙行され、以来23万組を超えるご夫婦の新しい門出をお祝いしてきました。現在は結婚式にとどまらず、パーティ・会議などのMICE利用、祝賀会や人生儀礼などの記念日利用、レストランや懐石料亭でのお食事会など、多くの会場をさまざまな用途でご利用いただいています。
　令和2（2020）年には、本館の歴史的・建築的価値が認められ、東京都指定有形文化財（建造物）に指定されました。

[Meiji Kinenkan] Now Hosting a Bridal Fair with Japanese & Western Tasting Experience, Featuring Our Traditional Consomme Soup
Meiji Kinenkan is currently hosting a bridal fair for couples considering their wedding, featuring an exclusive tasting experience. Guests can enjoy a variety of programs, including tastings of Japanese and Western wedding cuisine as well as tours of reception venues.

We are offering this bridal fair for couples planning their wedding. Tastings of wedding cuisine are available on weekends and public holidays, allowing guests to experience our traditional flavors firsthand while envisioning how to entertain their own guests.
At the complimentary tasting event, guests can enjoy refined Japanese dishes such as Scallop Dumpling and Young Green Tofu Clear Soup, made with premium dashi from Rishiri kelp and Makurazaki bonito flakes, delicately accented with yuzu, as well as Grilled Wagyu on Magnolia Leaf, prepared using A4-grade Japanese black beef slowly cooked at low temperature.
 
In addition, guests can savor Western-style wedding cuisine, including our signature Celebratory Gold-Leaf Consomme Soup, prepared over two days using a recipe passed down for more than 50 years, and Binchotan-Grilled Domestic Sirloin, carefully finished to enhance its aroma and flavor.
 
For dessert, guests can also enjoy exquisite creations such as a Dark Chocolate Tart Mont Blanc Style and a Raspberry Mousse Sphere. We invite you to experience these dishes for yourself at our tasting event.

During the bridal kimono fitting experience, you can try on carefully selected attire while also enjoying commemorative photo opportunities. This allows you to fully appreciate the unique beauty of traditional Japanese wedding attire and its harmony with a Shinto-style ceremony. Our experienced staff will work closely with you to propose the most suitable plan, tailored to your preferred ceremony style, budget, and schedule.
【About Meiji Kinenkan】
The Main Building of Meiji Kinenkan was completed in 1881 as the State Banquet Hall of the Akasaka Temporary Imperial Palace, originally located on the site of today’s State Guest House.
In 1888, the building served as the venue for the Imperial Conferences held to deliberate the draft of the Constitution of the Empire of Japan, which were attended without exception by Emperor Meiji.Owing to this distinguished history, the Main Building of Meiji Kinenkan is also known as the “Kenpo Kinenkan”.

Following its relocation, the Kenpo Kinenkan served as the venue for numerous nationally significant events, including the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Meiji Constitution, the 50th anniversary of the Imperial Rescript on Education, and assemblies of the Japanese Red Cross Society, the Patriotic Women's Association, and the Saiseikai Imperial Gift Foundation.

In 2020, the "Dining Hall for the Former Akasaka Temporary Palace (Main Building of the Meiji Kinenkan)" was designated a Tangible Cultural Property by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in recognition of its historical significance as a commemorative structure of the Meiji era and its distinguished architectural design.
